You understand everything around you and within in through ideas that exist in your head
These ideas are not natural or absolute
Meanings range from basic (like/dislike) to very sophisticated (but the basic like/dislike is always embedded)
Example: the house from the film (dislike + horrible place of murder)
Example: our hair (like + properly reflecting our gender role)
